A rainy, crocheting kind of day

Standard

It was a cool and rainy day today – perfect for crochet. I am getting stuck into my Kaleidoscope blanket, a design by Cécile Balladino. I have made 38 of the 100 squares required, and the variety of colour combinations (there are 20 different squares using 13 colours) keeps it interesting.

I’m using Morris & Sons Paddington – a bamboo and wool blend – which is so lovely, soft and a delight to work with. I can’t wait to see how each square comes together and how the completed project will finish up. Such fun!
